for seventeen (17) years before moving to

to assist my family in the start-up of Westelcom, Inc. in
Watertown

 With over twenty-five (25+) years of experience

My history starts as a boy wanting to be an
attorney. In 1984, I began my practice of law in the Northern New
York region and have continued here with the pride to create intelligent
